Use the system for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity.
Send abusive, harmful, discriminatory, or spam messages to clients.
Attempt to disrupt, breach, or reverse-engineer the service functionality.

3. No Guarantees & AI Accuracy

Because our platform heavily utilizes artificial intelligence, automated responses may occasionally contain errors or "hallucinations". Ticket resolution time ultimately depends on the CA team's availability and is not guaranteed by LeadSync.

4. Limitation of Liability

LeadSync and its affiliates are not liable for any financial decisions, delayed responses, tax penalties, or any damages arising from your dependence on automated AI results or our platform's uptime.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
